Chlorine in the gene pool is a term pertaining to when there is a certain amount of people who contribute nothing to any society or economy and are not so much killed or subject to Euthanasia, but are, frankly, left to die (harsh, yes, and an unlikely course of action, but it’s widespread belief that the world is over-populated, and there’s even statistics saying that the human population isn’t anywhere near reaching the Maximum Carrying Capacity whatever the real name for it is - when there’s not enough food for population growth so I suppose it’d solve that ‘problem’)
Share the wealth is what it says on the tin. It’s something like 1% of the world has 99% of the wealth of the world; we could abandon currency or something less drastic, like a Jubilee.
Come to think of it, there’s already a group that is rooting for a world-wide jubilee, and that I think as my serious answer would make the world a much better place.
So the keyword here is Jubilee.
